We will review the major pieces of legislation that passed through the 2025 legislature. We will then dive into the tough topic of Artificial Intelligence in insurance - case law and regulatory developments. We will review "regulatory" developments to include new NAIC models, NCOIL initiatives and KDOI bulletins. We will conclude with employment law developments with an emphasis on risk management tips to share with insureds.
