This course reviews many examples of situations faced by agents which may test ethical resolve as well as E&O management practices. Agents who take this course will learn some coverage lessons, better understand the critical functions of a successful agency operation, and be more prepared to handle difficult situations commonly faced by insurance agencies. This course qualifies for 3 hours KY CE (ethics)
